DrHoklin

A grand total of no less than nine individuals within Dr. Hoklin’s immediate and extended family have been, or are currently, chiropractors!

Noel Hoklin was born in Billings, MT and graduated from West High. He went off to college at MSU Bozeman and then graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Biology and then earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences in Chicago in 1981. After high school, Dr. Hoklin also served two years of active duty in the Navy Reserves.

Dr. Hoklin’s career path was shaped by a family interest in and commitment to the health benefits of chiropractic care. Leif Hoklin, Dr. Hoklin’s father, was the first in the family to graduate from chiropractic college. He became interested in the profession because of his mother's positive experience with the healing she experienced as a result of chiropractic care. She had been in a serious car accident when she was young and began to have numerous health problems, including debilitating asthma. Only through chiropractic care was she able to find relief and recovery of her symptoms.

Since the time that Leif Hoklin began practicing chiropractic, Dr. Hoklin’s uncle, brother, and two of his cousins have also become chiropractors. In addition, his brother and a cousin married chiropractors, and a sister-in-law's father is a chiropractor as well.

The science and ongoing research of chiropractic medicine continue fascinate Dr. Hoklin, and he enjoys the 12 hours of continuing education he receives each year. He is also proud to hold certificates in Clinical Laboratory Diagnosis, X-ray, and Physiotherapy, as they add to the scope of his diagnostic and healing capacity.

Dr. Hoklin began practicing chiropractic medicine with his father in March of 1982. In 1988 he began his own practice at Forest Park Professional center, where he continues to practice to this day!

In his spare time, Dr. Hoklin enjoys a wide variety of activities, including RV-ing, boating, singing, traveling, hiking, skiing, dogs, photography, and making home improvements.
